1) Backtagging
Yes! Please god, yes.
2) Threadhopping
Go for it. If it's a more serious thread I'd prefer it if you dropped me a ping first, but if we're just messing around then knock yourself out.
3) Fourthwalling
I'd prefer to stay away from this, just to avoid the IC headache. That said, I realize that TMNT is a pop culture icon and an in-universe presence in many canons, so if avoiding it would be too awkward, drop me a line and we can work it out. I'm flexible!
4) Content Warnings:
While not an inherently negative character, threads with Leonardo have the potential to turn violent or tread into depressive topics. Please proceed with caution and/or let me know ahead of time if these subjects make you uncomfortable.

1) Fighting with this character
Definitely! Fighting is something Leo's familiar with. Of course, he isn't likely to fight unless given just cause.
2) Injuring this character (include limits and severity)
Almost anything is fair game. The only exceptions I'd make are injuries that may be permanently crippling, in which case I'd prefer to discuss it OOCly first.
3) Killing this character
Depending on the circumstances. This would take a lot of discussion.
4) Spying on/stalking this character
Your character would have to be very, very good to keep tabs on a ninja without him noticing. That doesn't mean it's out of the question, of course, so please contact me if you think your character would do this and we can figure it out!
[A Quick and Easy Guide to Telling Turtles Apart]
This is more for quick reference than anything else, just in case it ever comes up ICly. Leo and his brothers look a lot alike; without their weapons or masks it can be difficult to tell them apart. There are a couple of physical differences between each, however, and if your character is the type to notice such details then they'd easily be able to distinguish between the turtles by appearance. Note that these only apply to the 2k3 versions of the turtles!

- Each brother has a slightly different skin color. Leo's is forest-green, Raph's is a deep emerald, Don has olive-green skin, and Mikey's is sea-green.
- Although the original 2k3 series gave all of the turtles the exact same height/build, this is silly and thus headcanon is go. From tallest to shortest the order goes Donatello, Raphael, Leonardo, and finally Michelangelo. Subject to change if more turtles end up in the game and headcanons conflict.
- Leo in particular is easy to pick out, mainly because of the giant scar carved into the carapace behind his left shoulder.
